Putt's Law

Technology is dominated by two types of people: 

1. Those who understand what they do not manage, and 

2. Those who manage what they do not understand.

This is known as Putt's Law and it really makes me chuckle.

We budding engineers are supposed to dominate the technology tomorrow. Now I am just figuring out, what kinda person will I be?
